Unique Structure of Rotary Sawdust Dryer
Due to the unique structure of the sawdust dryer, the sawdust can be fully dried inside the rotating drum, and before going into the material conveyance pipe, the sawdust will be fully dispersed again, making the water more quickly evaporated. In addition, the baffle plate can block the impurities in the sawdust to ensure the quality of the sawdust that goes into the material conveyance pipe.

Working Principle of Drum Type Sawdust Dryer
The hot air furnace supplies the clean hot air to the Rotary Dryer. The feeder screw sends the wet material into the Rotary drum. When the Rotary Drum is rotating, the lifting plates inside the Rotary Drum mix the wet material and hot air together sufficiently so that the wet material can be dried effectively by the hot air. The moisture of the wet material is evaporated into water vapor. The dried materials are discharged through the discharging hole as the product.
